Questions owners ask
Is the free listing really free?
Yes. Every salon we know of is listed free, forever. Claim it to fix your phone number, address or website at no cost.
How do you check that I own the salon?
We call the phone number on your listing (or one you can prove is the salon’s) and confirm with you. Then we text or email you a private owner code to sign in to your owner page.
Does paying move me up in the regular results?
No. Regular results are ordered by distance or by how complete a listing is, the same for everyone. Paid plans add separate, clearly labeled Featured or Sponsor spots. How results are ordered
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your owner page. Your plan stays on until the end of the year you paid for, and your free listing always stays.
Do you sell reviews or ratings?
Never. We don’t show star ratings we can’t stand behind, and no one can buy a better rating.
My salon is missing or closed. What do I do?
Use the claim form to add a missing salon, or report a problem and we’ll fix or remove the listing.
